Discover Buenos Aires from a different perspective with our complimentary bicycles. Palo Santo is conveniently located near numerous bike paths and beautiful parks.
You can easily explore Palermo Hollywood and Palermo Soho, or cycle to Recoleta along the elegant Avenida del Libertador. The Bosques de Palermo are also a favorite destination for cyclists.

Our rooftop terrace features a shallow pool, a sundeck, and a hot tub.
Our rooftop is an open air area and, although water is heated all year round, it is more enjoyable during warmer months – usually December to March.
Don’t let travels get in the way of your fitness goals! Our fitness room might not be large, but it is well-appointed: all-in-one gym machine, dumbbells, ab bench, fitball, mats, a treadmill, and a stationary bike.

What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM (noon).

Early check-in depends on same-day availability.
I you want to guarantee early access to your room, we recommend booking the previous night.
Otherwise, you may leave your luggage at Reception and enjoy the city while we prepare your room.
I am arriving late at night — will Reception be open?
Yes, our Reception is open 24 hours a day, every day.
Do you offer luggage storage?
Yes. We can store your luggage if you arrive before check-in time or if your flight leaves after check-out.
We can also store one suitcase per person between two stays (space is limited).
Can I request a late check-out?
Yes. We offer late check-out until 6:00 PM, subject to availability and an additional fee.
Please inquire at Reception the day prior or upon arrival.
Is smoking allowed at Palo Santo Hotel?
No. The hotel is completely smoke-free, including rooms, balconies, gardens, and terraces.
This is part of our sustainability and air-quality policy.
Do you accept pets?

We do not have on-site parking, but there are severalprivate garages within 400 meters from the hotel.
Can you arrange airport transfers?
Yes. We can coordinate private transfers to and from Buenos Aires airports. We only need your flight details.
Is the hotel accessible for guests with reduced mobility?
Yes. All common areas are accessible, with no steps on the ground floor and elevator access to all levels.
Does the hotel offer laundry service?
Yes, we offer laundry service with next-day delivery (depending on time of request).
